OLI-NATURA Scandic Oil - FurnitureParquet oil in raw wood effectOLI-NATURA Scandic Oil - Classic is inspired by Scandinavian style and combines a natural look with surface protection. It makes light wood look as if untreated and freshly sanded. The natural colour of the wood is almost unfired (highlighted). Only during processing does a colour deepening appear in the wet phase. This, however, disappears in the course of drying. This oil gets its raw wood effect from a VOC-free compound of vegetable oils, which we emulsify in water. Added to this is a fine pinch of light-stable white pigments, which round off the raw wood effect and provide UV protection. Due to its low viscosity, Scandic-Oil Classic is recommended for roller application on light wood floors such as oak, fir, spruce or ash. The dried coating is harmless to humans, animals and plants, complies with DIN EN 71-3 ( Safety of toys) as well as DIN 53160 ( Saliva and perspiration resistant) and is a building product approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). Thanks to the intelligent formulation, the oil-soaked rags, pads or brushes do not tend to self-ignite . The applicationPreparation:Sand the wood surface carefully. Start with coarse sanding. Final sanding for furniture surfaces with P240 grit. Wood moisture content: 8-12%. The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned and free of oil, wax, grease, silicone and sanding dust. Apply material at room temperature. Application: For the first oil application, apply oil evenly and generously with a short-pile microfibre roller. Work quickly because of the rapid drying and avoid rolling into oil that has already dried. Allow the surface to dry for at least 2-3 hours. Then sand the dried oil application intermediately with grit P220-P280. A P220 sanding sponge is best for this - Dust the surface well. Apply the second oil coat evenly with a microfibre roller and allow to dry. During application, a colour deepening occurs in the wet phase, which disappears after complete drying. The surface is dry and brittle? The water resistance is weakening? - Now it's time for maintenance! The following applies to everyday cleaning: Regular dusting forms the basis. Regular damp care with wood soap ensures quick cleanliness and regreasing. Never use all-purpose or conventional household cleaners, as these can leach out the wood and attack the protection. The wood can always be refreshed with OLI-Natura Wood Refresher. It renews the protective effect and provides a water-repellent surface without changing the colour tone of the wood. Worn areas on floors or stairs that have been treated with OLI-NATURA Scandic-Oil can be partially sanded and re-oiled without having to re-treat the entire surface.Consumption: With 2 applications and depending on the absorbency of the substrate, approx. 60-80g per m² this corresponds to 12-15 m² per litre. Drying: Depending on humidity and temperature, the surface is: dust-dry after 1 hour, carefully walkable after 2 hours. Protect from water during the first 3-5 days until complete curing.
OLI-NATURA Linseed Oil VarnishThe most natural and original way to protect your wood.Natural. Vegan. Food safe: Our organic OLI-NATURA Linseed Oil Varnish is for many the most original and beautiful way to naturally protect interior and exterior wood. It is produced in a gentle cooking process exclusively from pure cold-pressed linseed oil and 0.4 % dry substances. After curing, the coating forms a clear and water-repellent protective layer, which is called varnish.Linseed oil varnish is a natural product that hardens through with the help of the oxygen contained in the air. Depending on the air humidity and temperature, the paint takes three weeks to cure completely. The drying process can be recognised by the characteristic linseed oil smell. It is either "love at first smell" or you turn up your nose. But the smell is completely harmless and disappears when the oil has hardened.Even for the treatment of children's toys and surfaces that come into contact with food, Linseed Oil Varnish can be used without hesitation. Thus, it complies with the toy standard DIN EN 71-3 (safety of toys) and has been tested and certified by an independent German testing laboratory with "letter and seal" for "food safety".The applicationPreparation: The substrate must be finely sanded and clean and free of dust and grease. Shake/stir container well before use. Application: Apply oil evenly in a thin layer in grain direction with a brush, flat brush or cotton cloth. Avoid excess as far as possible or after 30 minutes exposure time with a lint-free cotton cloth or oil absorbent cloth. The surface should appear evenly matt. After sufficient drying of 16-24 hours, further coats can be applied if necessary.Drying: Depending on humidity and temperature, the oiled surface is dust-dry after 1-2 hours and can be recoated after 16-24 hours. Complete hardening is achieved after 21 days. Treat gently during this time. Note: Oil-soaked cloths/pads can self-ignite due to heat build-up! Therefore clean them immediately after use or store them under water. The product itself is not self-igniting.

This ensures a balanced indoor climate, which has a positive effect on people's well-being.A range of 11 colours is offered, from polar white to various shades of grey to anthracite black, all of which can be mixed with each other. In this way, the user can also create his own colours. Mixing with the natural shade is particularly recommended if you want to achieve a less intense result. The pigments preserve the structural appearance of the wood and give the surface a natural colourfulness. At the same time, the UV-stable colour pigments help to counteract the natural colour change of the wood for as long as possible. The "OLI-NATURA HS Hard Wax Oil" is cobalt- and oxime-free and suitable forchildren's toys. The cured material is saliva and perspiration resistant and thus harmless for humans, animals and plants as well as a building product approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).Suitable for: For untreated, freshly sanded or leached solid wood indoors. Apply material at room temperature and shake/agitate well.In the parquet area: Apply oil evenly thinly in sections for 5-10 m² with microfibre roller, oil applicator, oil brush or flat brush. After 30-60 minutes, massage in with a single-disc machine and beige pad until the wood is saturated and appears evenly matt. For final polish and to remove any excess oil, buff out with a polishing pad/oil absorbent cloth. In furniture: Apply an even thin coat of oil with a flat brush/surface brush in the direction of the grain. After 30 minutes exposure time in the wet phase, massage in with beige pad until the surface appears evenly matt. Remove any excess oil with a cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth. Alternatively, the oil can also be sanded into the wood with a soaked, fine sanding fleece. After a short reaction time, remove any excess oil with a cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth. The surface should appear evenly matt. The surface is dry and brittle? The water resistance and colour depth is diminishing? - Now it's time for maintenance! In order to maintain the protective effect, oiling should be done occasionally. To do this, simply apply a little oil to a beige pad or cotton cloth and gently massage it in.The following applies to everyday cleaning:Regular dusting forms the basis. For light soiling, it is usually sufficient to wipe the surface with a damp cotton cloth and then wipe dry. Stubborn dirt can be removed gently with our wood soap - diluted with water or pure, depending on the degree of soiling. Do not use all-purpose or conventional household cleaners, as these can leach out the wood and attack the protection. To maintain the protective effect, oil the wood occasionally. To do this, simply apply a little oil to a beige pad or cotton cloth and massage in gently. Consumption: 1 coat, depending on the absorbency of the substrate 20-40 g/m² per coat (25-50 m²/l) .Drying: Depending on humidity and temperature, the surface is dust-dry after 1-2 hours and fully cured after 2-3 days - as 2-component version after 24 hours. Protect from water during this time. Consumption/drying depend on the type of wood and the absorbency of the substrate. Excess material on non-absorbent areas delays drying, as do low temperatures and/or excessive humidity and/or excessive wood moisture. Note: Oil-soaked rags/pads can self-ignite due to heat build-up! Therefore, clean them immediately after use or store them under water. The product itself is not self-igniting.
OLI-NATURA Yacht & Teak OilWeather-resistant hardwood oil with UV protection. The hardwood oil OLI-NATURA Yacht & Teak Oil in natural and teak protects the wood against sun, rain and greying. Equipped with UV protection, it gives garden furniture, terraces, pool surrounds and yacht decks made of hardwood and exotic wood as well as pressure-treated softwood a weather-resistant surface. The naturally drying oil based on natural oil does not form a surface film, but rather represents an open-pored impregnation. It does not crack, flake or peel, but penetrates deeply into the wood and fills the capillaries. This ensures very good water resistance. The wood remains permeable to diffusion and can release absorbed atmospheric moisture again. With the colourless version Nature, the grain and colour of the wood are particularly beautifully emphasised. The lightly pigmented version Teak brings transparent colour to the wood. The pigments preserve the structure of the wood and give the surface a natural colour. At the same time, the UV-stable colour pigments help to counteract the natural colour change of the wood for as long as possible. The oils are free of biocidal agents and can therefore also be used for wood indoors. The applicationPreparation: The wood must be clean, dry and free of grease. If the wood is very dirty, it is advisable to clean it first. If necessary, smooth out protruding wood fibres and rough areas with fine sandpaper (220 grain). Shake/stir the container well before use.Application: Spread the oil evenly in a thin layer with a brush, flat brush or roller in the direction of the grain. After 20-30 minutes of exposure time in the wet phase, repolish with a white pad or cotton cloth. Remove any excess oil with an oil absorbent cloth or similar. If the wood is very dry, repeat the application as described above. Info: Do not paint exterior wood in damp weather or in full sun. The surface is dry and brittle? OLI-NATURA Project OilDeep-acting universal oil.OLI-NATURA Project Oil, based on natural oils, is used for the treatment of furniture, stairs and floorboards on almost all types of wood. It gives the wood a colour-deepening appearance and the grain emerges wonderfully. It has a solid content of 60 %, penetrates deep into the pores and protects the wood reliably from the inside. The deep penetration of the oil produces a clearly darker colour, the so-called permanent wet effect. It does not form a surface layer, but rather represents an open-pore impregnation. Thanks to the high self-penetration of the project oil, it is particularly easy to apply and very economical. With only one to two applications, extremely water- and dirt-repellent wood surfaces are achieved that are easy to maintain and repair-friendly. The project oil is ideal for all leached, untreated, sanded or new wood surfaces, but also for coarse chipboard (OSB) and cork in interior areas. The cured material is harmless to humans, animals and plants. It complies with DIN EN 71-3 (Safety of toys) as well as DIN 53160 (Saliva and perspiration fastness) and is a building product approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).The applicationPreparation:Sand wood surface carefully, start with coarse sanding, final sanding for furniture P180-240, for floors P100-150. OLI-Natura HS Hardener - B-ComponentThis hardener component can optionally be added immediately before processing the following oils from OLI-Natura: HS Hard Wax Oils, HS Professional Oils, Worktop-Oil and Colour-Oil.. In addition to the pure oxidative drying, the OLI-NATURA HS Hardener also initiates a cross-linking reaction of the oil molecules. This results in the formation of particularly close-meshed oil structures that are firmly anchored in the wood and highly resistant. Surfaces treated in this way can be loaded earlier with only one application, have a greater final hardness and a higher abrasion resistance. The addition depends on the oil in question.Application / processing instructions. Optimum processing conditions at 20°C and 50% relative humidity. Do not process below +15 °C Mix hardener thoroughly in the specified mixing ratio just before use. Process the mixture immediately. The dripping time is 2-3 hours for colourless oils (natural) and 1-2 hours for coloured oils. Do not pour back excess material. Danger of spontaneous combustion! Clean soaked rags/pads immediately after use or store under water. Oxidative drying. Provide open windows during and after processing to achieve air circulation. Mixing ratios:HS Hard Wax Oil - 1 part hardener to 10 parts oil (1:10). HS-Profiöl - 1 part hardener to 10 parts oil (1:10) Worktop-Oil - 1 part hardener to 5 parts oil (1:5) Colour-Oil - 1 part hardener to 5 parts oil (1:5)

The wax is VOC-free and complies with DIN EN 71-3 (safety of toys) and DIN 53160 (saliva and sweat fastness) The applicationThe preparation: Before you get started, the piece of furniture must be clean and free of dust and grease. If this is an initial treatment, it is advisable to finely sand the surface beforehand using 180 to 240 grit. When caring for furniture or post-treatment, grinding is not necessary. Processing: Always impregnate in a warm room. This makes the wax softer and smoother and easier to work with. Apply the wax evenly and in small circular motions with a soft, lint-free cloth cloth or roll of cloth. Do not use too much or too little wax. Depending on how well the pores of the wood are open, the wax will soak in more quickly or more slowly. Be patient and allow the wax to dry thoroughly. Finally polish the surface thoroughly with a soft cloth. You can achieve a special shine with a white polishing pad. It is better to opt for several thin applications and let the wax dry well in between. This is how the result will be way better. The surface is dry and dull? Is the water resistance declining? - Now it should be cared for!So that the waxed piece of furniture does not lose its charm, it must be cared for and cleaned regularly. dust and adhering dirt can be easily wiped away with a dry or slightly damp, but never wet, cloth. Seven colors are offered, from SAFRAN RED to COTTON WHITE to PEPPER BLACK, all of which can be mixed with each other. In this way, the processor can also create colors himself. A second application intensifies the color effect. To tone down the color, the "OLI-NATURA COLOUR Hard Wax Oil" can also be mixed with the colorless "OLI-NATURA Hard Wax Oil". The "OLI-NATURA Hard Wax Oil" consists of modified vegetable oils, such as the soybean oil, and waxes, such as the refined carnauba wax, dearomatized hydrocarbon as well as lead- and cobalt-free drying agents. In doing so, we deliberately avoid the use of critical substances such as preservatives, formaldehydes, aromatics, biocides, cobalt salts and oximes. It is "Allergy Friendly Quality Tested" and has been awarded the ECARF seal. It is also LFGB certified (food safe) and complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004. The cured material is harmless to humans, animals and plants. It complies with DIN EN 71-3 (Safety of toys) and DIN 53160 (Saliva and perspiration fastness) and is a building product approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).The application. The preparation: Sand wood surface carefully, start with coarse sanding, final sanding for furniture P180-240, for floors P100-150.Wood moisture: 8-12%. The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned and free from oil, wax, grease, silicone and sanding dust. Apply material at room temperature and shake/stir well. For floors: Apply oil with microfiber roller, oil brush or surface brush in an even thin layer. Work in sections between 5 to 15 m². Leave to act for approximately 30-45 minutes. Now massage in with white pad by hand or polishing machine and remove excess oil with a cotton cloth or oil absorbent cloth. The surface should be dry to the touch and not sticky to the touch. After 24 hours, apply second coat without intermediate sanding. In furniture and staircase areas:Apply oil in an even thin layer with a brush or surface brush in the direction of the grain. Approximately 10-30 minutes allow to act. Now remove excess oil with a cotton cloth or oil absorbent cloth. The surface should now be dry to the touch and not feel sticky. For large surfaces, use white pad if necessary. If necessary, a second coat can be applied after 24 hours without intermediate sanding.Tip:A second application intensifies the intensity of the color. For small components or surfaces, a better result can be achieved by applying the hard wax oil directly with a soaked cotton cloth and wiping. For heavily used surfaces, it is recommended to apply a second coat after 24 hours at the earliest..The surface is dry and brittle? The water resistance and color depth is weakening? - Now should be maintained! To maintain the protective effect, should be occasionally re-oiled. To do this, simply apply a little oil to a beige pad or cotton cloth and gently massage it in.For everyday cleaning applies:Regular dusting forms the basis. For light soiling, it is usually sufficient to wipe the surface with a damp cotton cloth and then wipe dry. Stubborn dirt can be gently removed with our wood soap - diluted with water or pure, depending on the degree of soiling. Do never reach for all-purpose or conventional household cleaners, because these can leach out the wood and attack the protection. To maintain the protective effect, you should occasionally re-oil. To do this, simply apply some oil to a beige pad or cotton cloth and massage gently. Consumption: 1-2 applications I Depending on the absorbency of the wood 40-50 g/m² per application (20-25 m²/l).Drying: Depending on humidity/temperature, the surface is dust-dry after 1-2 hours, fully cured after 2-3 days. Protect from water during this time.Note: Oil-soaked rags/pads can self-ignite due to heat build-up! Therefore, clean them immediately after use or store them under water. The product itself is not self-igniting.

OLI-NATURA Project Oil coloredDeep-acting universal oilThe OLI NATURA Project Oil in the color "Lime white" is a deep-acting impregnation oil on natural oil basis with 60% solid content. As a result, it is absorbed deep into the pores and protects the wood reliably from inside. The project oil does not form a surface layer, but rather represents an open-pore impregnation. Thanks to the high self-penetration of the project oil, it is particularly easy to process and very economical. With only one or two applications, extremely water and dirt-repellent wood surfaces are achieved that are easy to maintain and friendly to repair. There are four colors that preserve the natural charm of the wood and haptically enhance the surface. The pigments preserve the textured appearance of the wood and give the surface a natural color. At the same time, the UV-stable color pigments help to counteract the natural color change of the wood for as long as possible. The easy-to-apply project oil is ideal for all leached, untreated, sanded or new wood surfaces, but also for coarse chipboard (OSB) and cork in the interior: whether for wood or frame furniture, wall paneling, doors or kitchen furniture, parquet flooring or stairs. ApplicationDepending on the area of application, the material is applied in one or two operations with a brush, a pad, an oil roller, so that the entire wood surface is glossily wetted. After a short exposure time, the excess is simply removed with a cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth and polished off again. If necessary, after drying overnight, a second application can be made without intermediate sanding. For furniture subject to normal wear, a single application is usually quite sufficient. Floors, stairs or highly stressed furniture, however, require more protection. Here, a second application is recommended.PreparationSand the wood surface carefully, starting with coarse sanding, final sanding for furniture P180-240, for floors P100-150.The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned and free of oil, wax, grease, silicone and sanding dust. Apply material at room temperature and shake/stir well!In furnitureApply oil thinly and evenly with flat brush/surface brush in grain direction. Allow to react for 20-30 minutes. Expel with lint-free cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth and buff until surface appears dry. For large areas, use beige pad if necessary. If necessary, a second application can be made after 6-8 hours without intermediate sanding. In the parquet areaApply oil evenly thinly in sections for 5-10 m² with mohair roller, oil applicator, oil brush or surface brush. After 20-30 minutes exposure time in the wet phase, massage in with white or beige pad by hand or single-disc machine until the surface appears uniformly matt. Remove any excess oil with a cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth. After drying overnight, apply a second coat as described above.Care and cleaning:Only a few care measures are required to keep the surface in permanently beautiful condition. Dust deposits, for example, are simply wiped off with a dry, possibly damp cloth.Parquet floors, on the other hand, should be vacuumed or swept daily, as sand and dust can cause fine scratches. Adhering dirt can be removed quickly with a mild wood soap. It is important to avoid over-moisture and stagnant moisture. To maintain the protective effect, should be occasionally re-oiled. To do this, simply apply a little oil to a beige pad or cotton cloth and massage gently. For normal maintenance cleaning, we recommend OLI-NATURA wood soap. This way the pores of the wood are filled up with oil again and the protective effect is renewed. After such treatment, the wood is antistatic and therefore attracts less dust.In addition, the oiled surface can be easily reworked, which is not possible with lacquered surfaces. The affected area can be easily sanded in places and retreated without having to renovate the entire surface.Consumption1-2 applications | Depending on the absorbency of the substrate about 40-50 g/m² per application (20-25 m²/l).DryingDepending on humidity and temperature, the surface is dust-dry after 1-2 hours and fully hardened after 2-3 days. During this time, protect from water. The consumption / drying depends on the type of wood and the absorbency of the substrate. Excess material on non-absorbent areas delays drying, as do low temperatures and / or excessive humidity and / or excessive wood moisture.NOTE ON SELF-INFLAMATION HAZARD:Oil-soaked rags / pads can ignite themselves due to heat accumulation! Therefore, clean them immediately after use or store them under water. The product itself is not self-igniting.
