Deep-acting universal oil
The OLI NATURA Project Oil in the color "Lime white" is a deep-acting impregnation oil on natural oil basis with 60% solid content. As a result, it is absorbed deep into the pores and protects the wood reliably from inside. The project oil does not form a surface layer, but rather represents an open-pore impregnation. Thanks to the high self-penetration of the project oil, it is particularly easy to process and very economical. With only one or two applications, extremely water and dirt-repellent wood surfaces are achieved that are easy to maintain and friendly to repair.There are four colors that preserve the natural charm of the wood and haptically enhance the surface. The pigments preserve the textured appearance of the wood and give the surface a natural color. At the same time, the UV-stable color pigments help to counteract the natural color change of the wood for as long as possible.
The easy-to-apply project oil is ideal for all leached, untreated, sanded or new wood surfaces, but also for coarse chipboard (OSB) and cork in the interior: whether for wood or frame furniture, wall paneling, doors or kitchen furniture, parquet flooring or stairs.Application
Depending on the area of application, the material is applied in one or two operations with a brush, a pad, an oil roller, so that the entire wood surface is glossily wetted. After a short exposure time, the excess is simply removed with a cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth and polished off again. If necessary, after drying overnight, a second application can be made without intermediate sanding.For furniture subject to normal wear, a single application is usually quite sufficient. Floors, stairs or highly stressed furniture, however, require more protection. Here, a second application is recommended.
Preparation
Sand the wood surface carefully, starting with coarse sanding, final sanding for furniture P180-240, for floors P100-150.The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned and free of oil, wax, grease, silicone and sanding dust. Apply material at room temperature and shake/stir well!In furniture
Apply oil thinly and evenly with flat brush/surface brush in grain direction. Allow to react for 20-30 minutes. Expel with lint-free cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth and buff until surface appears dry. For large areas, use beige pad if necessary. If necessary, a second application can be made after 6-8 hours without intermediate sanding.In the parquet area
Apply oil evenly thinly in sections for 5-10 m² with mohair roller, oil applicator, oil brush or surface brush. After 20-30 minutes exposure time in the wet phase, massage in with white or beige pad by hand or single-disc machine until the surface appears uniformly matt. Remove any excess oil with a cotton cloth/oil absorbent cloth. After drying overnight, apply a second coat as described above.Care and cleaning:
Only a few care measures are required to keep the surface in permanently beautiful condition. Dust deposits, for example, are simply wiped off with a dry, possibly damp cloth.Parquet floors, on the other hand, should be vacuumed or swept daily, as sand and dust can cause fine scratches. Adhering dirt can be removed quickly with a mild wood soap. It is important to avoid over-moisture and stagnant moisture.
To maintain the protective effect, should be occasionally re-oiled. To do this, simply apply a little oil to a beige pad or cotton cloth and massage gently. For normal maintenance cleaning, we recommend OLI-NATURA wood soap. This way the pores of the wood are filled up with oil again and the protective effect is renewed. After such treatment, the wood is antistatic and therefore attracts less dust.
In addition, the oiled surface can be easily reworked, which is not possible with lacquered surfaces. The affected area can be easily sanded in places and retreated without having to renovate the entire surface.
Consumption

Depending on humidity and temperature, the surface is dust-dry after 1-2 hours and fully hardened after 2-3 days. During this time, protect from water.The consumption / drying depends on the type of wood and the absorbency of the substrate. Excess material on non-absorbent areas delays drying, as do low temperatures and / or excessive humidity and / or excessive wood moisture.
NOTE ON SELF-INFLAMATION HAZARD:
