Delivery times:

• Items available for immediate delivery:
  ✓ 3 - 5 working days for orders up to a total weight of 199 kg.
  ✓ 6 - 8 working days for orders from 200 kg (shipping by pallet).
• For all other items, you will find the current delivery times directly on the respective product page.

Important delivery notes:

• For skirting boards with a length of 2.41 meters and a total weight over 200 kg, delivery will be made "to the construction site" or "to the warehouse".
  This means that delivery is made without unloading.

Information on delivery times for multiple items:

If you order several items with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order in one combined shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Calculation of the delivery date:

The delivery period begins:

• For prepayment, on the day after the payment instruction is given to your bank.
• For all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract.

If the end of the period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the period will automatically be extended to the next working day.

• Small parts shipping (free shipping from an order value of €250.00)
  ✓ Shipping rate for items up to 1 meter in length: €4.95
• Freight shipping (free shipping from an order value of €250.00)

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we work with different shipping providers:

• 📦 Small items: Shipped with DHL
• 🔉 Acoustic panels (80 x 40 cm & 40 x 40 cm): Shipped with GLS
• 📏 Items longer than 1.20 m: Shipped with Der Kurier or GEL Express via our partner Transline Logistik
• 🚛 Orders over 180 kg (pallet shipping): Shipped with Transline Logistik or Cargoline

The appropriate shipping provider is automatically selected based on product size and weight.

The delivery notification is sent by email by default.

Yes, all products from our online shop can also be purchased at our factory outlet in Cottbus.

Important notes on collection:

• 🪵 Solid wood skirting boards, clear lacquered & oiled items: Must be pre-ordered.
  Production time is approx. 2 days.
• 🛒 Order process: Order the desired items in the shop and select Collection as the shipping method.
