It is ideal for deeply effective protection and care of kitchen boards, snack and chopping boards, kitchen covers and other wooden utensils. Application:

Basic treatment

The cutting board must be clean and dry before you start oiling. If the raw wood surface appears somewhat rough, sand it with the fine sanding sponge P220, applying light pressure along the grain. Then remove the sanding dust.
Shake the container and apply a little linseed oil varnish to the surface.
You can apply the oil with a brush or the white pad in circular movements. If the wood absorbs more quickly in places and appears dry, simply apply a little more oil.
Let the oil soak in for around 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the surface.
Then remove the excess oil with the oil absorbent cloth or kitchen paper until there is no more excess oil and the wood feels dry to the touch.
Leave the freshly oiled chopping board to dry overnight.
Repeat the process 1-2 times as required to achieve good saturation of the wood.

Maintenance treatment

The cutting board must be clean and dry before you refresh it
Shake the container well before use.
Pour some OLI-NATURA Linseed Oil Varnish onto the white pad or a cloth (old, discarded cotton T-shirts are ideal cloths for this purpose) and massage the oil into the wood using circular movements.
Let the oil soak in briefly, depending on the size of the surface.
Then remove the excess oil with the oil absorbent cloth or kitchen paper until there is no more excess oil and the wood feels dry to the touch.
Let the freshly oiled chopping board harden in the air for around 1-2 days before using it again.
