Application

Application "WOOD SOAP":

First remove loose dirt by dusting.
Shake the bottle well before use.
As needed, add about 5-10 ml (2-4 tsp) of wood soap to 1 liter of lukewarm water and mix well.
Wipe the surface with a wrung-out cloth until damp.
Finish by wiping with a dry cloth.

Application "WOOD BALM":

First remove loose dirt by dusting. For stubborn dirt, damp clean and then allow the surface to dry thoroughly.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Follow with a small amount in a lint-free cloth (such as cotton) and apply evenly in the direction of the grain of the surface. Allow the balm to soak in and wipe down if necessary. Do not leave puddles.
After 1-2 hours, the surface is usable with care. Full usability is achieved after about 12 hours.

Notes & Tips:

To clean the painted furniture, it is best to use a lint-free, soft cotton cloth. Old, discarded cotton t-shirts also work well. Please refrain from using microfiber cloths or rough sponges, as they can cause scratches on the surface.
Please do not use aggressive, strongly alkaline or solvent-based cleaning or scouring agents, as such products can damage the lacquer surface.
Avoid standing moisture, e.g. from wet glasses, leaking flower pots or vases. Spills should be wiped away immediately.
