What is the process from order to delivery?

The order and delivery process at Leiste24.de/en is very simple:

1. Order confirmation:
   As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details within a few minutes. Please check it carefully.
2. Shipping preparation:
   After your products are packed, we hand them over to the carrier. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email.
3. Tracking:
   Once your package has been received by the shipping depot, the carrier will send you an email with a tracking link. You can check the current status of your delivery there.
4. Delivery appointment:
   Using the tracking link, you can arrange a delivery date directly with the local depot. Please note that we cannot arrange appointments ourselves – this is done directly with the carrier.

IMPORTANT:

• Please ensure that your email address is correct and that your mailbox has enough storage space. Otherwise, you may not receive the order confirmation.
• Check the goods for possible damage before signing for delivery. By signing, you confirm that the goods arrived in perfect condition. Later complaints due to transport damage cannot be accepted by the carrier.
