Our skirting boards are made from a single piece of solid oak, as the trunk has grown. This creates a very natural and harmonious picture in the wood and color structure, for a pleasant room effect.
Oak wood offers many positive properties, an intensive grain and is considered very durable. The wood is naturally very weather-resistant and hard-wearing. The properties - robustness, durability and longevity - of oak are particularly outstanding.
Oiled surface: Treatment with wood oil intensifies the natural oak tone, the surface appears warmer. The oil also protects the solid wood strip, making it more resistant to dust, dirt and moisture. The wood retains its naturalness and remains breathable. The natural structure and grain of the wood are thus particularly accentuated.
Installation:
You can attach the skirting boards by gluing or screwing. You can choose between installation using skirting board adhesive, double-sided adhesive tape or the fastening set.
