OLI-Aqua Hardener 13.5
This hardener component can optionally be added immediately before processing the following water-based varnishes: OLI-Aqua Nordic 18.40, OLI-Aqua Modu (18.30, 18.32 and 18.35). After adding the hardener, the cross-linking reaction between the basecoat and the hardener starts immediately. During the reaction, the viscosity of the lacquers changes.
Application / processing instructions
.- Optimum processing conditions at 20°C and 50% relative humidity.
- Do not process below +15 °C
- Stir the hardener thoroughly into the basecoat in the specified mixing ratio shortly before use.
- Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes before processing.
- Close the container well and use up as soon as possible.
- Mixed material residues must not be allowed to cure in closed containers.
- When using a cup gun, dilute with max. 5% water.
- The end of the pot life is not indicated by a change in viscosity.
- Do not pour back excess material.
Mixing ratios:
- OLI-AQUA NORDIC 18.40 I 1K/2K alcohol topcoat 21:1 (5%) - Max. 3 hours drip time
- OLI-AQUA MODU 18.32 I 1pack/2pack stair varnish 10:1 (10%) - Max. 4 hours dripping time.
- OLI-AQUA MODU 18.35 I 1C/2C stain varnish 10:1 (10%) - Max. 4 hours
