Returns

Within the cancellation period, you are free to return the goods to us using a shipping service provider of your choice. In accordance with the description in the section Right of cancellation, you shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

Alternatively, we can arrange for a carrier to collect the goods from you. We will charge a flat rate* for this service, which is based on the volume and weight of your returned goods.

If you would like us to organise a collection for you, please send us a request in advance using our contact form. Select the option ‘Return request / Return shipment’.

We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed.

Please note that this only applies to bulky goods.

Please return small items to us yourself.

*Our shipping service provider charges flat-rate collection fees based on the weight of the shipment to be collected. Before we arrange collection, we will of course inform you of the flat-rate collection fee.
