The stair nosing profile 218 has an LED channel that emits light downwards. The step below is optimally illuminated.
This is not only for safety, but also creates a cozy atmosphere.
The LED channel can be fitted with commercially available, self-adhesive LED strips B>can be equipped up to a width of 10 mm. Note: These are not included in the scope of delivery.

The LED stair nosing profile 218 is preferably used when the step and riser has already been provided with a floor covering. The thickness of the flooring does not matter. The profile is therefore ideally suited for renovating existing steps.
In addition, thanks to its stable construction , the profile enables the tread surfaces to be extended by up to 17 mm. < / P>
Assembly:
The profile is screwed onto the step edges mentioned above using suitable dowels and countersunk screws precisely on the existing steps above the laid floor covering. Make sure that there is some space for possible cables for the
LED lighting .
A translucent flap that is clipped on is available as an option to close the LED channel. It is not absolutely necessary to use it. The LED diffuser can be ordered separately.
